Now, join us “down on the farm” as we continue SWANK TABLE! Come to Loxahatchee Groves, tour our hydroponic growing houses, then plant yourself at our “TABLE.”
This season, SWANK TABLE will host nine al fresco dinners in our own fields of green, with local and nationally known chefs who will create meals right before your eyes. Calling on the best of our state’s farmers, ranchers, artisanal producers, micro-brewers, distillers and organic wine makers, our chefs will produce multi course dinners of the highest quality. And, each SWANK TABLE event will give back to the community by donating a portion of the proceeds to local charities.
Come join us for one or all of these memorable feasts, these rustic retreats, these swanky affairs at SWANK FARM. Our name does say it all!

Chefs & Champagne® is the James Beard Foundation’s annual summer tasting party, featuring flowing Champagne and culinary offerings from a select group of more than 40 celebrated chefs, many from JBF Award–winning restaurants. Chefs & Champagne® raises funds for the philanthropic work of the James Beard Foundation, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. The recipient of the Christian Wölffer Scholarship Program, which supports students pursuing food and wine studies, will also be announced at the event.

Despite what Lady Gaga says, while I’m a Certified Sommelier now, I wasn’t born that way. In fact, many people who ultimately develop sophisticated palates started out drinking wines that they might not be so proud of today.
